A lab of one.

I'm Charley Hayden. I run a one-person AI lab: I test and build AI tools — using other AI tools — across money, investing, tech, and creative work, and I publish what actually happens.

The bet I'm making, in public: one focused person with the right AI stack can now build what used to take a whole company. Every experiment on this site is a data point for or against that bet.

Why the transparency? Because this corner of the internet is full of people selling $997 courses about money they never made. The lab is the opposite: real numbers, published failures, complete workflows. If that's useful, the Lab Notebook is free.
